Is there any sort of schedule for these games???

Are they a regular Weds thing (weather/ground condition permitting)?

Isn't Ole a brand of Orange Juice?

So many questions...

Oh yeah, might go...

Might take a hot water bottle this time ... or perhaps some whisky!

Cool, may consider going after my exam if I can con someone into driving me out there...

Is Porirua Park public transportable? That would also influence whether I will go, particularly if the convincing a driver doesn't go too well...I guess train or bus wise seeing I live in town.

You can walk from the station; it's about 10 minutes.
Maybe not the best alone though ...

I was thinking of getting the 6pm train out.

I may join you. Well I'll try to. Yeah walking alone, in the dark, in Porirua, probably isn't the best idea.

is this the same team they were going to play last week, but got cancelled, or a different team?

I think it was Wellington United last week.

It was going to be, but the game got cancelled due to ground conditions.

Do you take a right turn over the Porirua bridge to get there?

Going North you get off at Porirua, at the top of the off ramp there is effectively a round about as part of the interchange.  Go right on the roundabout and come off on the Eastern side.  Just after the interchange there is another roundabout (by the Shell) turn right there and it's about 1.5k up the road. for those worried about walking in the darkfrom porirua station, there are buses that stop just short and just after porirua park, catch the Ascot park 061 bus on porirua centre side of Porirua railway station and tell the driver where you want to get off. They're pretty descent bunch and will no doubt stop just across from the park for you (although that's pretty much where you'd get off anyway)
buses also return to porirua station past the park, for when you leave to head home usually about 20past and 10to the hour

I think it was 7 but I wouldnt put my life on it.

Coveny got a hat trick pretty quick.
Daniel stroked a lovely free kick into the corner.
Smeltz got one maybe two.

Good to watch the way Phoenix made space and they ran the legs off Wests

They certainly hardly gave the U 23's a touch in the first 10-15 mins the other week, but the U23's regained a bit of composure and got back into the match.  Tonight it seems as though the Nix turned it into a proper demolition job - interesting.

I'd say they would'nt of played too hard in the U23's game. Don't want to injure half the team before they go to the Olympics!
