like it or not myspace is very popular amongst teens to people in their 20's and is a great advertising and promotional tool, end of story. having your clubs page on there is only beneficial.

many visit myspace.com everday and if they see the phoenix in full flight even before the season starts, its gonna raise our rep.

So who will create a yellow fever one then?  

and apart from the advertising of clubs etc and bands, its a good way to keep in touch with mates who've gone overseas etc

Not having a go at you phoenixone, but I just hold myspace in very low regard. There could surely be better gateways for advertising the club?

maybe you can post up aloisi in a bikini, and then all the pheonix supporters can post up there comments on there.

Alot of people may use myspace but I highly doubt many of them would actually come to a game...and all the old farts ( No offense to you oldies.) who will go the games ave no Idea what the hell Myspace or beebo is..and if they do it's only becoz their kids or grandkids use it..

The best way to advertise The Phoenix to teens would probably be through local clubs where the kids actually ave interest in the game...maybe through clinics or players may go to clubs and lead special training sessions for the kids..etc.

From someone who is the MySpace target market, when I need a dose of phoenix during the week, I come here because its doesn't get any better than this.

Its idiotic how many networking sites there are, why not have the one and make it good. Don't corrupt the information coming off yellow fever, bring everyone to the same spot. Its the same medium. Theres now way that we can keep 400 networking site pages devoted to the Nix up to date, no matter how many volunteers there are.

Good effort for making the page but you could show your support more by buying a season pass ... or buying me a season pass.

My support of my club is through my purchase of a season ticket, official jersey and other merchandise. Why, because I support Perth Glory MySpace, do you assume thats how I support Glory? I enjoy having Perth Glory in my top friends list and evidently many others do, it also seems to be the only place you can download BOTH Glory anthems so you can blast them in the car on the way to the match. toad8622007-05-24 22:21:24
