Ha, this thread had made for a great read. Now that the side show bob hair cut has gone. Great to see HN there, I note he joined on the 29 March 2007, is this the day you guys all got together. I know Feverish was on the 23rd March. I am quite interested in the early history of the clubs supporters and forum.

I'm interested too

Can't believe it's been 7 years, we've actually got a wee bit of history now

Great to see a lot of 2007 members still around here. Even more awesome to see some who came later and are now heavily involved and leading the charge in some cases.

Nice work YF.

Does this make Patrick another Glory Hunter? ;) Certainly a life saver when it comes to techie things for the likes of me.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Yup, I jumped on the bandwagon during those home playoffs in 2010. I stayed though, so give me a little bit of credit for that.

Patrick is a credit to yellow fever, without people like him where would this be. Certainly not on my smartphone for starters ;)

There are plenty of people like me, here from the start, but in reality have done little to nothing to actually assist and grow yellow fever other than be present on the forums. If anything I'm the bandwagoner because I just sit on the wagon for the ride!

Vickmeist was ahead of me in joining the YF in 2007, think she joined in April and I did after her bullying me in June. I'm sure there are a few that had to start new accounts like she did. HH springs to mind when he was HarryHotspur. Who else?

I wonder though what happened to all those folk who don't post anymore, did they stop loving the nIx or just stop posting here?

I stopped posting here for two or three years because I got sick of the negativity. Never stopped loving the Nix.

Was it the arrival of Steve-O that brought you back? I remember those dark days before he was here to brighten the place up.

Frankie is a class act. I am looking forward to his betting choices next season. They were fun to read.
