just checking, does anyone else have a problem with thier sky. Mine
has been displaying everything in Negative form. so pretty much
everything on any channel is either fluro green or fluro
purple. im just praying that it will be fixed by 7.

The other day I had a problem and I was put through this c*nt and I totally lost it. he was so rude and inexperience that he really pissed me off. Told him: "mate I don't care if you get payed $5 an hour to do this lazy job. You need to chill and read your manual once in a while. That way you might even turn out to be some bloody use".

you've probably already tried, but once that happened to me
and I just pulled out the power cord from the box and left it for a
couple of a minutes and it rebooted and was ok

ive had that before it will be your decoder and just turn it off
then back on. i must get round to ringing sky and complaining cause
its been happening to me alot

mine played up last week, i rang expecting a ticketek-like
experience but to my surprise the woman was great, talked through
dome simple steps to 'reboot' it, booked a tech incase that fix
didn't continue to work (which it did)
