Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Those that stayed behind for the trophy presentation last week.

Why would I want to see Melbourne get awarded the cup?

Surprised there were that many left tbh.

You'd stay around to clap our lads off the field and give the opposition a big Who R Ya as they came off.

Also there was no point in rushing to the 4 kings for the $1000 bar tab cause we didnt win.

A dog with a bone :)

I stayed to support the lads coming off.  Why would you not stay to congratulate your team on making their first final and only losing 7-8 on penalties?

Im not a complete idiot, some parts are missing!

It was all about Melbourne winning,I have no interest in that.'Who are ya' at the opposition wouldnt have been so timely when they walk off with their medals

ffs!!

We congratulated them! everyone applauded them after the game, but then found no point in hanging round a possible 15-20mins to see melbourne be awarded the cup.

(and before you say anything, yes,i actually did stay...but i see why others didnt,as i contemplated leaving myself, but was with cheeps who was down from auckland and he wanted to stay )

Allegedly

At the end of the day we're pretty aggressive against the opposition so to ask us to say is a bit beyond most of our pride!!!

Don't know how this might fit in with Ed's warm down routine but could the team do a jog around the field (ending at the Fever zone) after they have shaken hands with the opposition and then do their warm down. You'll have a lot more people around to cheer them.

I completely agree. The Nix has their warm down routine which is fantastic but they did it over on the other side of the box! Not the fever side of the box. This not only disappointed me it F%&K$D me OFF

I stayed to clap off the Phoenix... Not so much for the presentation...
But I still stuck round to clap off Melbourne since I was there.
Some young man told me not to clap for Melbourne... That's bullocks mate, who ever you were.
As I told you in less kind language last week.
We still want a good name as supporters.

i was there, bottom left corner of the first picture, although it is for the good of the team, waiting round for the team to warm down is very tedious, tho it would have been all right if there were more people to wait around tediously with
You know we belong together...
