Who can make a makeshift Phoenix Strip?

Hey guy i was wandering if theres anyone out there in the
shirtmakin business or something similar who can make a makeshift
phoenix strip (rather than sponsorship have yellow fever on or
whatever in order to not piss an corporates off). id pay the
desired amount. preferably like phil style's creation with the
yellow and black stripes
