It was a one off shirt celebrating their sponsor, QBE insurance, who were celebrating being established for 125 years.JanelleRT2011-10-25 22:02:52

ok, that's weird.  Not sure why you should be allowed to change your kit for a one off match - maybe we should play in green next week for kicks.

Anyway as you were.

They announced it before the game. There was a bit of their original colour in that strip.

Can we have a tiny patch around the neck line black and yellow stripey though? Just so our true colours aren't forgotten. Perth pulled it off with the purple really well!

Their blue kit looked much better than their two white kits do.

I don't see why they shouldn't be allowed to

Allegedly

I'm just anti one off kits - I don't see the point.  Especially in this case when the anniversary had nothing to do with the clubs and the fans but was for the sponsor.

But that's modern football I suppose.

Although doing it because of the sponser is very naff, I love seeing new kits so have no problem with one off kits.  I would be happy enough if a club bought out a new kit every month.

For anyone who thinks that it is a rip off and too expensive, don't buy the new kits.  If they have kids who want the new kits but they cannot afford them, they can tell the kids that they are poor because mommy and daddy didn't work hard enough or had kids when they weren't financially prepared.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Ladies and gentlement, I give you Fever's Child Youth and Family spokesperson for the upcoming election.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

I was too originally, thought it was a bit off, but changed my mind when I heard that QBE had sponsored them for the last 15 years straight. I think that sort of committment allows that sort of acknowledgement.

Same here, which shows you what I think of their standard kits.

The perth kit is the worst kit in the league, even worse than No Fans Utd. Purple just cant be made to look good, at all. Ever.

It's the only commercially available strip I don't have from the 11 seasons.

I even have a couple that weren't commercially available but not that.

Putting it out there- thought the Perth kit looked awesome on the weekend.

Team full of twats though.

I am very disapointed to read that HN. Thought it was a given that nobody would buy the "Sky" strip.
