If the Nix can win tonight away to City, that would be a massive statement.

Quick YouTube question. If I join the stream after kick off, is there a way to watch it from the start without it going straight to live?

The Wahs showed us how to lose yesterday.  Now time for the Nix to show us how to win.

It will go straight to live but you can then drag the progress bar back to the start.

GSR the only attacking sub on the bench. Good chance he makes his debut tonight.

Ah bugger, away on holiday at the mo and got the time difference wrong ☹️ everywhere is also only showing the squashed ball variety.

Al-Taay not starting. Strong attacking team named to start.

Come on Phoenix!

Fairly bold setup, a back 4 with Old in the midfield 3, away from home. You can't say Chiefy is too conservative

Yes odd to see only one attacking sub. Is OVH injured?

Horrible black kit.
In 37 degrees too.

Of course we are wearing black in 37 degree heat. The Nix love wearing the wrong shirts. Ironic given Chiefy's particularity about shirts

I need to get one of those black kits.  They're gorgeous.

Is it about the sponsors input what shirts are worn?

Two non-calls on Salas. And they throw the ball away. Watch for second half cards for exactly that.

Edit: and that non-card, tackle from behind off feet, no ball, stopping a quick attack.

Moving adverts are too distracting too.
They really do make it as hard to watch as they can dont they.

Are we a bit off the pace here? I’m not sure about Salas and Rufer so far.

I love how Salas plays. Anyone would think he grew up locally with the passion he shows

What a save Paulsen.
It's not even a surprise when he pulls that out the drawer anymore, just the standard.

Come on Phoenix!

Nervy we haven’t settled yet, because we haven’t held a lot of cards in reserve and I haven’t seen a Nix midfield without Niko or Mo.

Come on lads!

City knocking on the door here. Need to really string some passes together here and forge some chances. COYN!

Geez I wouldn’t mind 5 at the back with Hughes and Al-Taay on. We’ve got all our attack there, but we’re just defending.

Come on Phoenix!

And another good Paulsen save.

Otherwise, we've been playing pretty poorly. Passing has been particularly woeful.

Another free foul to stop the attack.
Edit: and another. King is a muppet.

As ‘disjointed’ as we look, City are doing their darndest to break up our positive play with fouls. Good to see they’ve gotten a card already, but I can see our guys coming in at full time covered in bruises!

Reckon that's at least four free kicks we've got in their half that we've passed backwards.
