I see the club have emailed all YF section ticket holders with what to expect on the day - good work Nix!

We've been speaking to the Nix about the classic "sit down, you're in my seat" business and are hopeful there are plans in place to address any disgruntled patrons.

You'll probs have seen the email to YF zone ticket holders, it's in Nix social promo, and we're hoping to have some posters in the area too...as well as having security who have been briefed.

I'm sure we all will but please keep it civil with people complaining :)

See you there!!!

End of an era.  Vinnie - It's over.

Looking at the tickets sold seems like most of the right hand side stands where the fever are have been sold. And maybe about 60% on the left hand side have been sold. The seats behind both goal posts are greyed out, does that mean they've been sold or haven't opened that area?

Hasn't been opened. Only lower north and the four stands in the south were available to purchase.

I have a feeling Steven Corica might well be also watching the game from the stands.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

He’s gotta be nervous- surely the Mowbrays want Rudan!

Glad Morningside Tavern is our pre-match pub. I'm guessing the Chamberlain won't be our aftermatch pub!

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet

Just got a couple tickets, directly across the field from the Fever. Going to have a good view of the full side of the stadium, will photograph well. Can't wait. COYN

If you exclude the away bay & wheelchair accessible seats, there are less than 200 seats left for sale on the TV side. It should look good on TV.

By the way, the switch up of the TAB is crazy.
Before the appointment of Alireza Faghani, we were below $2 to win the game. After the appointment, Sydney are favourites and we are at $3.10.
The TAB knows. Betters know.

He didn't happen to be appointed around the time we lost our last game, did he?

Geez. Firing up!

Big big game. Wondering if I should sleep in my stripey to balance the nerves…

Do the business tomorrow boys. Take responsibility and take it home. You deserve it.

Easily best ref in the league even if our results under him are garbage.

YF, put pressure on him to give us our last home game in Auckland a win, before it becomes a permanent away game win!

I have to agree, it’s just his style suits that of a game of two very attacking teams.

If he thinks a player goes to ground too soft he will wave play on which I like. But we have never got the rub of the green with him. Maybe because we always play away when he is reffing us and the home crowd effect seems to have a bit of influence on his decision making.. Us being at home with a big crowd for a change could make a difference.

PAX update

Ticketmaster uses an app, so I can't see any PAX numbers.

Unfortunately WPX admin says they have no plan to open the East Stand behind the goal. Would really help with the atmosphere across the ground.

We can only hope tons of people walk up and they decide to open behind the goal.

Back 5 by the looks of the line up probs the way to go with Sydneys attack. Good to see Sutton at LWB. Got good depth on the bench now too.

Chiefy must really like Hughes now on an LKH level. I have to watch him some more.
I expected Al-Taay to play in a 4-3-3

Nice but I think that Chiefy means it to be a 5-2-3.... To be pedantic.

Yeah you’re probably right, that or a 5-2-2-1 with Kraev and Old behind Kosta

Sydney will press high, so Hughes starting will be trying to get another body back there to counter it.

This is going to be very tactical. Rufer will show that he is NZ best midfielder.
Good to have Pennington back.
