Sotorio might want to go overseas... do a Ruka (I can't spell his name but the Perth player who went to Israel and scored a bucket load).

Based on form this year, he will be in demand.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Sotorio is an upgrade on Appiah - Brilliant speed but unlike Appiah, Sotorio scores goals.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!

I was worried when we first signed Jaush, but under Talay he has done really well - he's never gonna be a season leading 15-20 goal scorer - to be fair I'm not sure we've ever had one. What he does, is terrify CB's with his pace, and now that his first touch has improved and his decision making got better he is scoring goals. Something that Appiah never learned to do.

compare Appiahs total goals of 17 in his career (2010-2022) to
Sotirio's 28 (2013-2022)

Queenslander 3x a year.

6 this season, 4 last and 4 again before that. (14?)

Which I'm pretty sure puts him in the top 10 all time nix goal scorers. Odds on to add more too, I hope we keep hold of Jaushy. Turning into a really handy player

14 goals for the Nix. One every 235 minutes.
12 goals for WSW. One every 340 minutes.

By season probably an even better stat, to try track an improving trend. Though his 2nd last at WSW was his best there (goals per mins).

"I'm not sure we've ever had one"

does Krishna count?

Jaushy showing some shades of Roy recently, hope he continues to improve.

That's really interesting stats. I wonder if the figures for Macca come mostly from the assists rather than goals?

Goals, he scored 7 that season. He was the recipient of a number of Rojas assists.
