I hope this nips the uffie for all whites talk in the bud. He apparently needs the first six games of every season for his side to get going despite always playing the exact same formation. You can't afford that as an international coach

What an awful half of football.
Football was OK - Jets played well and it reminded me how good Sotirio, Piscopo and McGarry are, when played to their potential. As for us - this half looked suspiciously like our Ricki years (slow and timid). I agree that Sutton is having an unremarkable game. Zawada and Kraev look good enough, but it seems Waine is either marked out of the game or is in a wrong position to receive the ball. Kosta had more possession / opportunities / than Waine, which is unusual.
Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days
Half of bottle of pinot noir, can see at least this bottle and maybe more, love to be a fly on the wall in the Nix dressing room!! The boys had played a hell of lot better in the first two games, far too cautious in getting stuck in, ball watching and giving too much space for the juts.
Ok Sutton's terrible dinked cross straight to the keeper was bad enough but looking at the replay of that third goal does not show Lewis up in a good light at all.
I am curious if the captaincy might also be a bit of an issue - Wootton should be the man marshalling the team if he has the right personality (skills alone are not enough). Sail is just a bit too far back.

Correct, so much so that he has been dragged at half time, Pennington on.Outpost

Ahh, that was a painful watch. What the hell are we doing defensively and why does Sail look a shadow of last season?
Desperately need some defensive options because we are just as bad as we were last season, and that was a hard watch at times
Would like to see Uffie change up the tactics somewhat too. 4-2-2-2 has served us well in terms of structure, but you get the feeling terms have worked us out, especially if they can flood the midfield with an extra body or two and employ an effective press. We don't have the numbers in the centre of the park to play it around, we get forced back or we go for the riskier play and get picked off and countered.
Hoping for an improved second half. COYN! GET STUCK IN!
We may be matching the jets at the moment, but they simply took the foot of the pedal. All the damage was done (deservedly I have to say) in the first 15 minutes).
