Oh yeah, a plus 1 button or something similar for posts has always been a dream!

How would that show up? Just the total number of +/- 1s for a particular post?

Pretty much a button next to the reply and quote button that says +1 or something along those lines. And then Maybe a display next to it with the number of times people have pushed the button.
Could behave similar to the facebook like system I guess.
I guess an issue may be that each post is contained in a standard frame that is replicated around all posts so may be a lot of work.

Can you merge Blew - Blew.2 - Blew.3  as with each software change I have to start again with a new user. But great job on backing up from the bridge!

Hi lads is there some way of fixing the forums so that most recent threads show first?  I'm seeing all the '07 ones on the front pages, kind of a history lesson!

Is it just me or have the emails stopped. It's quite hard to keep track of any threads I'm in. I see no option to re-enable them either.

I mean have the new threads at the top of each category and the old "dead" ones out of sight, out of mind.

I'm sad to see the demise of this thread. It's almost as if Tangiwai has been forgotten.

What's with the random emails pointing me to forums which don't look right with random (but coherant) posts off topic? And I quote (from the Ivan Vicelich topic)..

While Summer is the season for breezy cotton, Fall is all about rich, luxe textures. Start introducing corduroy on your pants, leather on your skirts and jackets, and pony hair on your shoes, and look to fur and faux fur detailing when the chill really sets in. Any of these more luxurious fabrications instantly gives your look a moodier, Fall-appropriate feel.

Got another one today, it's a bit messed up and seems to include links to a particular website, the user actually has a YF profile. Are you sure you guys haven't been hacked or something? I will forward you the email if you wish so you can get a better look at it.

Urk. timmymadden, do you mind forwarding one of the mails to nik@yellowfever.co.nz - preferably with the full headers included? I'll take a squiz now and see what I can see. My first instinct is that News is right on the button and it's just spam bots playing in the disabled forums :)

Yay for wasting their resources, not so yay that you're having to hear about it! My apologies.
