Ialiano, Bertsch, Adams, Shermy, Rufer, Blake, Lewise, De Abreu, Gulley, Ridenton and one other.
Nil all at HT. Our midfield bossing. Shermy patchy.
Goal - Joel Stevens.
Lujic coming on for Stevens.
(Text updates I've just found).

2-1 Gulley. A cracker by all accounts.
2-2 KilColley. 'Shithouse defending'
did they subtract the goals!!
Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet
Very disappointed with the Phoenix turn-out tonight. For the second year in a row the Phoenix team took the field in their warmup strips - the programme said that their colours were yellow and black - they took the field in white tops and black shorts.
They were very lucky that the officials used some common sense as they shirts did not have numbers that I could see (contrary to the laws of the game). Like many people in the crowd I was quite impressed with a number of the Phoenix players but I have no idea who they were. In all, a very amateur showing by a professional organisation. In my opinion, a perfect marketing opportunity wasted.
They can also be a bit thankful to the referee who allowed the Phoenix goalkeeper to stay on the field - a last man tackle outside the penalty area in the first few minutes earned him a yellow card, and later a free kick given against him for handling outside the area (nothing for this)- I'm sure the referee would not have been so lenient in a "serious" game.
Needed more nautical safety products and Poznans!!!

Yes, but the issue here (for the 2nd time in a row) Nix A have played here with no shirt numbers and tiny short numbers. Dam annoying as a fan, wanting to know who some of theses up and comers are.
Playing vs. Canterbury in CHCH Feb. 12th according to ground announcer at Canterbury game on Sunday.

Had a look up there for you. Was standing just off to the left of the HBU bench.
