sydney papers are saying today that if dwight yorke is released by sunderland ccm will have 1st option on his signature, they plan to get him under salary cap by paying most of his salary as a coach and only maybe 150,000 as a player thus keeping aloisi there.
ccm director was sydney director and have remained close, interesting.ne1 have thoughts? yorke and aloisi up front, you would have to back yourself to be able to outpace them. cant be much left in those old legs

Surely salary cap rules should be in place to prevent an explotation of paying a player as a coach? Thats kind of wrong...We should get ourselves 11 player/coaches that way we wouldnt have to worry about the salary cap...

Allegedly

Boring. Felipe is twice the player in terms of how much he contributes

I'd have dwight Yorke -if we could afford him, plus cap issues etc. (so that's not going to happen).

But overall, I'd rather he stayed where it's cold and damp rather than play over here against us. He might run more slowly these days but he's no mug.
