I rate this commentator.  He's calling out the match officials. Jesus what do they have to do to score?

Yeah we need to put one of these away soon if we want to have time to score a third as well.

This game has that same feeling. Away game blues. Knocking at the door but end up losing by a goal.
Hope this team can prove me wrong.

Can Samba stop rolling around on the ground. It’s tedious
03 Jan 10:26
That doesn't look good for Samba
03 Jan 10:29
Hopefully it won't be anything long term for Samba, but being that its the knee that's been strapped for weeks and that she generally clutches when she's fouled recently - it seems a little worrying

Stoppages by Brisbane have been many and long

Deserve the draw here.

Yes Brooke Nunn!!!

After the game that Lincoln has had and she goes and does that

And got it.

My gosh some great goals tonight across both teams (men and women and Brisbane teams)
03 Jan 10:47
Take the point away from home.
Doesn't look good for Samba though. Hope this new visa player is match fit and ready to go.
03 Jan 10:47
That was deserved we were knocking on the door. A good night in Brisbane

our two most speculative efforts get into the net, all the higher chances hit the post, goal line clearances and even goal bound efforts blocked by our own players.

also, the commentator sounded like a used car salesmen with all "don't turn away this match is SOOO EXCYYTING"

As crushing as it was to see Roar take the lead, Piazza’s goal really was something.

But we’ll have Nunn of that!

Honestly this was a draw that felt like a win, what a wild night. Kayo’s a great stadium too, perfect size for atmosphere and view (and I rate the ice cream truck).

Did anyone else notice that Brisbane's coach is ex-Nix Alex Smith? I can't remember if Homer mentioned anything about that/his time with us.

My bad, I thought this was his first season coaching the women.

We are knocking the ball around nicely,  but obviously our finishing was not up to recent standards.

To be fair, I thought Brisbane played pretty well, so a point is not a bad result.

There doesn't look to be much between the top seven teams.

How Brisbane stopped us from scoring more goals amazed me. I think it would've been around 8-4 as a final score. Even Samba defended for them blocking a goal bound shot. Lol.

If that's a serious knee injury to Samba then those viewer number will drop quickly.
Priestman said she's off for scans. Which doesn't bode well....
04 Jan 22:20
hopefuly the scans are just precautionary. fingers crossed!!!

Assuming this is for both Wanders and Roar games.  Love to see it plus another kiwi Liz Anton from Canberra in there too.
