Maybe you're right, we may sneak in another good week before the international experience buzz wears off. Fingers crossed.
I saw enough to convince me last week. The midfield gave me a lot of confidence,with knott stepping up and gomez showing we have depth. Taylor was thankfully better,she looks good if she's not giving the ball away. Barry and Foster are playing the house down and will look even better as the team improves. Edwards has not been exposed like in the early games, im surprised the opposition don't test her aerially more, but she's coped well enough with whats been in front of her. And Clegg of course now offers plenty. I see no reason why we shouldn't see regular team improvement now.
I would hope that whatever the result, we see a team starting to believe and go for the result with confidence. Their results have not reflected some of their play. Sure there have been mistakes on the pitch but last weekend showed everything that is right about this team. Have faith Ladies, and go get the job done.

Wellington Phoenix's A-League Women game thrown into disarray after the team's flight to Brisbane was cancelled today. Game is scheduled for 5pm tomorrow (NZT).

Keep the same starting 11. You don’t know whose carrying niggles as to why Lancaster is out. Foster could play midfield and Vosper into left back. It’s up to the starting players to show that they can build on last weeks epic win, and then the players that come on to show they deserve to start like how well the impact players did last week. Also, I think Foster is doing really well and deserves to be starting - but ultimately, she is someone that can take a corner. I think as a squad they don't really have a top target person ... so on attacking runs they would be better served with balls around the back / on the deck / through balls / cut backs etc to get regular goals (as last week showed) rather than the high cross / long ball etc. Be different if we had someone tall and strong up top - but we don't. mandingo69

Not a good half for Barry or Taylor. Wisnewski not in the game.
Barry and Taylor slower than a wet week. Cant defend when game is played behind them. And as a combination is just doesnt work.
Wisnewski no where near it like every other game so far this season. Passenger.
What the heck is the keeper doing standing behind her wall for the goal? WTF!! Div 4 masters stuff.
agree with some of that.generally I think Barry and Taylor work OK together. Barry was out of position for first. Wisnewski barely contributing. So near yet so far,hassett and satchell running there heart's out. Pritchard not helping enough.the free kick "wall" looked non existent. We need gomez for sure, and we are not out of it yet.

Guaranteed !! Gomez needs to get into the middle for wisnewski if we have any chance if winning. Take Ava off for gods sake and get another defender on the field to cover for Kate, what in the world is Nat thinking.
milly clegg step on up! 2-2!!!! some of you chaps are hilarious - "stop playing it from the back", the "stop playing the long ball" they are both legitiimate tactics in football, used at different times to beat certain defences.
