A lot of it seems to be that we're just set up poorly to defend the transition, that and we keep giving up possession relatively softly out wide fairly often.

Classic A-League Women commentators saying we don't have a win away from home. How short is their memory?

Midfield is all over the place.
Longo and Taylor missing in action. Fraser has been woeful.
We should have scored 2, mind.

 That's the point. Everyone else has been below average

Looked good for a while. Whinham creative. Fraser working hard. CCM came back into it well. Come on Nixxx

I don't even know what you do about some of this as a coach, I feel like a lot of what's going wrong is more on the players than the setup.

I mean, you can't set up the team on the assumption that your players will just gift the ball to the opponents in dangerous positions, you have to believe that your players will play with relative competency.

Also for all that the midfield isn't working great can we also get rid of Speckmaier? She can't do a strikers job to save herself, give Brown a go.

I much prefer McMeeken out there over Davidson, seems to be more solid in the one on one defending.

Team needs to stop doing silly long range shots though, they aren't gonna work often at this level, this isn't the National League.

Opposite for me. McMeeken is a good athlete but a poor footballer. Often out of position with the winger past her

Our full backs are terrible. No where near pro standard. Shocking.

Longo off the pace. Fraser trying to do too much in a struggling team...this team isnt good for her.

Need Speckmeir and Main playing closer together.

She's a talented player but the coaching staff need to have a word with her clearly. 

Those years in the academy should have taught Fraser what she's good at, and what she need to work on. Amazing she got this far without being able to pass or shoot off her left foot.

How? I personally don't actually have a problem with what the coach is trying to do I'm just acknowledging that's there's only so much he can do about players making individual errors. If lots of players are making them then it's not like you can just replace players. 

As for us giving up space out wide that just seems to be a fact most games now unless I've gone completely blind.

Hope we can improve in the second half, would love a win here.

Don't worry Monto...some don't like us to be right or want us to be right but plenty in agreement dont worry.

They are shutting our Midfield right down. We are too slow playing it through. Barry and Lake pissing about sideways too much. Need to get Fraser to come deeper. We have no direct route to the strikers and CCM know it

It’s getting a bit Australian out there…two handed push with a run up into Speckmaier and immediate complaints that she was milking it (not given). 

Now this lass has thrown herself to the deck, but she’s not exactly lucky headbandage material.

Rebecca Lake is our player of the season. Shes absolute class. Covers her team mates big time too. Without her at the back we would be stuffed.

It's all been said before on here. I don't need to say it again. We haven't learned or changed

If you take Fraser out of this time you'd be asking her back in a week! Yes she could make better decision around shooting but gees...shes everything we got in attacking half. Don't let a couple of things sink your opinions. Fraser is a quality footballer. And no one works harder. 

CCM arent killin this game off we still a chance of points here...

Fraser is like Diamanti if one of the 250 long range shots go finally in it is 'genius' but in reality it is just many wrong decisions.

Just don't think its our night.
Some of our better players (Barry, Fraser) just don't seem like they have the right boots on.
