If the Ladies can win by 3+ here, they move off the bottom of the table.

Someone is filming. Reasonably good quality and commentary. Is it being shown somewhere?
And we take the lead. Pritchard!!

Both teams have 1 game left, us v Glory & WSW v City. We are both on level on 7 points but WSW have a -18 GD and we have a -21 GD.
in respect to the league table I dont think it actually matters where we finish. Getting two wins on the board, being competitive with most teams in big parts of the season is more important that not being in last place. Glory didnt win a game all season last year now they are 5th. Given a full off season, security around where the team will be based, maybe even getting some real home support and this team could be sitting mid table too.
Queenslander 3x a year.

Exactly this. Last or 2nd last what does it really matter. Nix men were bottom in their first season, yet they had more time to form a club (though not a lot more time), Terry's deferred IRD payments and proper home games.
And yes is interesting Glory in season 2 are just one spot off the ALW playoffs. Good pointer for Nix women.
In fact this weekend Glory beat Nix, and VUC lose to Canberra and Perth pip VUC for finals. Not that we want that.

They have done very well in challenging circumstances, I'm sure they would still prefer not to finish last.
Queenslander 3x a year.
Last big opportunity now to showcase there huge progression this season if they can back up a win. That would be a massive piece of history for this team and should be there motivation rather than where they finish on the table.
Big ask though on a three day turn around, with a thin squad. And likely a lot of players already thinking about heading home to be with family.
But in the big picture, it don't matter a hoot.
The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!
There were five cracking goals and @WgtnPhoenixFC celebrated their second @LibFinancial A-League win💥
