Jets sitting in 8th currently, but can't underestimate them. One of only two teams to beat City so far this season, the first time ever for their womens team I believe, and Brown and Lancaster have been in good form.
Next few games against Jets, Perth and CCM are really big - all are within that insane 2nd-9th scramble with us, but I think we go into every game as favourites and with 2+ wins can be looking really confident of finishing well up the table.
If we can win this it'll be the first time the Wahinix have won 3 away games in a season - uncharted territory!

Far too much jinxing in this thread. The Jets are another team we have a poor record against. Only 2 wins, 1 draw and 5 losses. Going to be a difficult task.

I never know how much you can read from past results but Newcastle have had pretty poor form at home this season with only 2 wins from 6 games. I’m hoping the women can break the away record with this one!

Seems to be absolutely no reason for Woods goal being disallowed. Our team made no infringement that I could see. Nowhere near the keeper.
Poor 'keeper. The other two were tough, but that was soft. Hopefully that gives Pijenburg some confidence.
