Planning on taking my boys for their first game there. Is it worth buying tickets beforehand or is it fine to walk up? I.e is there the same cost penalty as there is at the stadium?

Will be interesting to see if Imane Chebel makes the matchday squad / if she gets any minutes on Sunday

With the men's game at 6pm, is there any way to watch the women live at 4pm then the men on TV at 6?
Any bars in Porirua that will play the game?

Chebel sounds like she is match fit. Just came off international duty. Imagine she will start on the bench.
Reckon McMeeken and Wall deserve starts after last week.
Would like to see

                 Vilao
McMeeken  Lake  Barry   Wall
              McCutcheon
    Tanaka  Whinham     Longo
             Main    Ferguson

If fit. Ferguson will probably be introduced off the bench as well. So Jale likely to start.

I’d imagine metro bar opposite the station (new world side) will do. Usually have sports on.

The food trucks here are so much better than Sky Stadium.

Same price, much more generous with chips and what not.

Chips are a lot hotter and plentiful. Heaps better catering.

Good luck today Ladies, Hope you win. Stuck at work till 8pm :(

I feel Elliot a bit lucky to get the start ahead of Tanaka. Or is Elliot playing a wingback role?

Will be interesting. Strong bench, but no room for Imane or Ingham.
Plenty of competition!

I'm not sure which is worse, the poor defending or the poor passing to no one. They are giving the ball away at every opportunity. How can you give the opposition a goal kick from your own thrown in near the halfway line?? Is there no communication going on on the field??

Not enough urgency going forward,  and way too much going backwards

Not enough urgency going forward,  and way too much going back.
Hot on the attack, pass it back ending up in your own half. I've just watched several plays when a player or several were available sideway, yet they still pass it backwards.

Really not happening up front. No cohesion and poor execution. Not looking threatening at all. Need changes at half time. Bring on Ferguson and Tanaka.

Toothless, and pedantic.

Jale couldn't pass 'Go'.

Get some subs on,so they have a chance to make an impact.

We are lucky it's not 2 nil

On the positive side, they've hit the post, created a fantastic chance for Winham and have had 10 shots already this half.  Plus our sub goalie looks confident and is playing out well.

And she gets taken off.

The commentary has said she isn't fit yet for 90.  She's done 80 vs the 70 they intended.

Good to see our new visa striker getting some minutes now.

Longo gets taken out through the knee before ball in a nasty one.  And Pine and the ref say that's fine. Awful.

And earns a yellow which on other days might have been a red.

They've been very good this half. A second excellent save by the Canberra keeper.

The Nix ladies deserve the point here but are running out of time. They've been a good watch this half.

Get that striker on for 90 and the new CB in and they could go well.
