Despite how bummed out we’re all feeling after Sunday’s game, this is huge. Second place isn’t just within our grasp, we’re going in as mistresses of our own destiny with the chance to take it regardless of other results.

We're due a bounce back - last couple of games have be weirdly unproductive where we make most of the play but fall down in front of goal and lose out to smash and grabs through otherwise pretty tight defence.  If they can click the whole package up to the front they'll be hard to stop. But on the other hand we've been there before. REALLY hoping for a win and a home semi.

We need a Mellie Kerr type performance from the team.  I hope our women can take inspiration from someone like her.

While im nervous i would also be very surprised and disappointed if we dont see a positive response from the team. After seeing the clip of Bev talking to the team after the game. Im sure the team are very aware they have let themselves and their fans down with their last couple of performances, given how PO Macca was after the WSW game would also expect she has had some words.
