I've actually just bothered to look up the links that were
left from an old thread and its actually simple, I have heard it at
a couple of games but never knew what they were singing as I was
sitting where I couldn't hear properly, but its an awesome footie
song.
So yea, let's all get this going and it will sound awesome at

sweet vid, like the music along with it , a whole Aisle of us
singin that would sound massive
I think we needed more chants for the players.....chants for
individual bits of brilliance, goals, saves etc....

If we could get them to play this pre-match and be able to join in it would be mint. I'm sure that the rights to the song arn't as much of a problem as Phoenix City?
Somthing like this would definetely get the blood going and if not appropriate for Phoenix home games we should DEFINETELY sing this at the All Whites game on the 21st.

to it better than "some geezer on the interweb was a fan of the
song, so we sing it every week now". Bubbles started at West
Ham because the winger looked like the kid on a soap powder box
that had the bubbles song on the advert. Sweet chariot
started for the English rugby team becuase a black player scored a
hat trick for them (rasict, in-bred toffs).
If someone started a song by a flock of seagulls at the last
home game in honour of our winged friend, that could have caught on
and been a brilliant song for us, but otherwise it is just blokes
going "I like too drunk to f**k as a song - can we sing
that?"

Yeah fair call. I think it would definetely be appropriate at
the All Whites game however. As our players come from all over the
world (Probably the biggest spread of all New Zealand
representative teams) it would definetely be appropriate in that
sense.
