Yeah. Got me there, that was the worst yellow I've seen anywhere
2017 ISPS HANDA Chatham Cup
My question is would anyone else have got away with that?
At this level almost certainly. Have you not watched Central League before that game?
have you?
If you are saying that things generally go unpunished then I disagree
The fine is unimportant, that challenge was pure malice with zero intention of even looking at the ball.... like we've seen from Siggy in the past (remember)
"Daddy did something naughty so he had to go sit in time-out" - Siggy's missus to his kids watching the UAE match
Quarter Finals
Nelson Suburbs v East Coast Bays
Wairarapa United v Birkenhead United
Manukau United \ Mt Albert Ponsonby v Cashmere Technical
Onehunga Sports v Western Suburbs
just looked at teh title thread - we've done a Dr Who and gone back a year!
Is that you Declan?
On the question, I'd say yes, the ref on the day seemed to not really want to give cards out. There was an incident in the second half where North Wellington keeper Sacha Nathu took out a Wests player outside the box, ball had gone past
Didn't see the game so can't comment, but for a red for dogso, the crtieria includes the direction of play. If the ball/direction of play is away from the goal, then it won't be dogso. Forget everthing you've heard on TV about last man.

it was towards the goal, but don't think DOGSO has anything to do with it, should have been a straight red for collecting the player when the ball is nowhere near him
