I am not a Chelsea fan, but when I saw this statistic I thought how good it would be if the Phoenix could have a run at home like that.

I worked it out as 10.5 games at home per season (alternating between 10 and 11 games at home per season); which works out as just over 7 seasons. Imagine the 'nix being unbeaten at  home for just over 7 seasons

Pretty impressive record alright. Hopefully Gooners can stuff them later this season.

Some trainspotter may be able to prove me wrong but I think West Ham were the last to win at Chelsea when we had Di Canio and did the double.
We were also the last visiting team to win at Higbury and the first visiting team to win at Emirates. Of course we always win when we play Man U, with or without Tevez, and well, Liverpool, you are only as good as your last game. . Pity there are all these gaps in between when we have to play the lessor teams in the league.

CAN WE PLAY YOU EVERY WEEK, PLEASE.

I think I am right in saying these are only league games and that we are also unbeaten in any cup competitions other than a small blip when we lost on pens to Charlton in the Carling Cup in Jose's second season.  In all that time, I can only think of one or two games where we had to scramble a late equaliser to keep the record intact.

I happened to be there on holiday last time West Ham beat us.  Di Canio put a screamer in the top corner from 30 yards out.  I was sitting right behind it and it's the only thing I remember about the game.  Goal in a million.
