Any of you graphics guys fancy having a crack at the logo for our
podcast - Football Fever ?
Any good Feverish?
Here's my first effort, with no text Sticking with the
bio-hazard (yellow-fever) theme, mixed with football.
Same again with text
By the way - I claim no creative rights to that image. Feel free to
copy it and use it for whatever means anyone sees fit. no need to
credit me in any way. Creative commons I guess. . . . ..
I like the top one, with the www.yellowfever.co.nz accross the bottom.

Phils is great, but for the podcast it needs to be called "Football Fever". Also it will have general footy banter, not just Phoenix - so keep it generic.

Our football fever podcast will be coming in the next month or
so, will feature several Yellow Fever contributors shooting the
breeze about football, the Phoenix and the A-League in
general...

What the logo for? i'll have a go. are we also able to design a new
web banner for the top of this website. coz if we have something
compleltly different turn up. we neeed some brand consistency.
When we have another tab on this website to access our podacst,
the Football Fever podcast logo will sit somewhere on
that page. We will still have the same web header though.
out of interest if any of us other fans that arent apart of the
running of yellow fever have some footage or a rant would you
consider it as a part of the Football fever podcast?

Def any footage or photos. The podacst is a live discussion in
a studio - so would be a bit hard. Maybe you could do a guest
appearance if you want to get something off your chest..
uh with ya, or, just thinking out loud here, perhaps email you guys
questions or rants that you can air or not, idepends on how long
your podcasts are i guess. my ipods too old school to have video so
i hope u can watch them on a computer as well

OK here's a tweaked one of my ealier attemp. Yes Nath, I
realise the "design elements" are low. I've tried to blend
pictograms into something iconic.
It's basically just an idea, hopefully someone else will be
able to pick up the idea and simplify/ modify it some to make it
better. Personally I like your one nath, except for the ipod, We
should be asking mac for cash to promote their products, hence I
fasvour the "broadcast" image of the radio-antenna. . . .
perhaps your design could be splashed with that. . .. give it
a go, see what it looks like.

What exactly is a podcast? Do u just load something off the net
onto your ipod and listen to it?
