- Licensed club and function centre
- Hotel accommodation, and
- A private Football College (this will be a first private Football College in Australia)
Riverstone West is a release precinct being developed as employment lands by the North West Transport hub (a joint venture between Paclib and Mastergroup).
Aside from the commercial considerations aimed at securing the organisations financial future via ongoing revenue streams, Football NSW is creating a facility that is perfect to develop football and its vast and abundant talent in NSW.
A buoyant Football NSW President Jim Forrest stated, We plan to develop a state of the art, purpose built sporting complex to help develop the game of Football in NSW at both elite and grass roots level.
All of our investment from our existing Parklea complex will be realised and invested in Riverstone West, Forrest stated.
Football NSW CEO Michael Quarmby was equally as delighted with the forthcoming venture proposed at Riverstone stating, Were excited about the opportunities that this complex will provide all Football NSW members and the general public within the Blacktown City Council region.
The complex is providing a truly unique facility aimed to service the elite and grass roots members of Football NSW, as well as being an asset to the local community, Quarmby ended.
