Pre season doesnt mean much to be honest but to sum up how this season could end up: Gold Coast beat Fulham who finished like top half of premier league and the nix drew 0-0 with what is basically the a team similar to the worst side in the NZFC (canterbury utd)!

I go to Fulham a lot and I've never seen about 7 of the guys who played in that match.
But a good sign for GC. Ultimately it's good for the leage, clearly they'll be a decent side, also clearly, they won't win every game. Long way to go...

The FFA had every right to "revise" the draw..a claytons punishment perhaps, but nonetheless the message is.. The FFA run the A-League, newbies..better get used to it.
