Any bastard who even mentioned the Phoenix to me in the last two months is getting daily emails from me asking what time I'll see them at the Thistle or at the ground.
No junior news, but I'm chasing two football teams and my entire
office.
I don't have any friends, so if someone on here has a spare one
they don't need on Sunday, please PM me.
no Doogie's on to it, a big football riot will get lots of media attention....and if it's just everyone versus him and his mates, we shouldn't get too damaged
Bring a mate on Sunday
Alright, with the announcement that the season opener will be
played at the Ring of Fire, now is the perfect time to expand the
audience of both Yellow Fever and the Phoenix.
Every Yellow Fever member who is going to the game on Sunday
should be bringing a non-footballing mate along. With the
price set at $10 this is the best opportunity we have to get people
sucked in before the season starts, if its a good day and we win we
might gain another fan. If we lose, well hopefully they
realise what a cracker time they'll be having win, lose or
draw.
Students, you lot get in for free, it would be criminal if the
place wasn't packed to the gunnels with bludgers...and you get to
sleep in the next morning as well.
So get a bunch of mates together and make it along on
Sunday!
I will be taking the family ,wife and 3 rascals and will try to get
a couple of mates along too.

We'll let you know officiallt Phil, but thats the plan. Just
waiting to hear from the Thistle that they have staff. It's
going to be a good day!!

Ok, next step is to make sure your mate knows where to go
beforehand, and the answer is...the Backbencher!!
Sunday, do it!
students for free!! hell yes!
i have spread the word at vic, hopefully people are not working and
can get down to the ring of fire
If someone wants to spot me a couple bucks for my flights to LAX,
Auckland, and Wellington I'll buy your beer at the game.
Pay you when you get here? Hammer Head2007-07-19 17:46:18
I think if I were to make the game i'd have to leave within the
next 48 hours. Damn that international date line. Sorry guys.
I knew Canada was a big country but never realised it was over a 48 hour drive to the airport.
Are you an eskimo?
you understand that my bar tab will be more than the airfares

funny guy. What I meant was it's gonna take me longer than
that to aquire the cash (since you're paying me on arrival) and
make the travel arrangements. p.s. we don't have eskimos in canada,
those are in alaska. We have inuit.
And yes, it would take me longer than 48 hours to get to the
airport as we only have one and it's in toronto. With it being
midnight sun season right now, the river that's usually frozen is
melted so I can't drive my dog sled up it at the moment so it's a
long upstream paddle.
