ok im sick and tired for gettin my hed bitten off for the
formations i put forward for the phoenix to use so heres ur chance
to decide. note 5 4 2 is a wing back formation.
No, 5-3-2 is a wing back formation. 5-4-2 is playing with a rush
goalie!
My vote is for 4-4-2 - we tore Sydney FC apart with that the
other day so that'll do me! Reckon the team looked really
comfortable in that shape...
ahhh nuts sorry 5 3 2 insted of 5 4 2 ah well
so, did we play 4 - 4 - 2 against Bling? I read Old, Clebs, Dodd
and Lockhead were the 4 backs. How did the rest line up?
I like the 4-3-3/4-5-1 type formation but I'm pretty sure
that they'd play 4-4-2
Yeah, 4-4-2 seems the obvious choice, but I think 4-5-1 might have
it's merits. The midfeild seemed a tad thin at times on Sunday, but
that may just be the team adjusting to each others style more than
anything.
trouble is we dont have a great RM ferrante and lia are more bench
players i wonder if george would play well there
