7. Big Ron
8. John Gregory
9. Mick McCarthy (please)!!!!
So who'll replace him then?
I hear Guus Hiddink is favourite.
Finally rid of that arrogant git.
Oh no, looks like he's short listed for the Millwall job.
Finally rid of that arrogant git.
and even his entire record is pretty good 185 games 124 won 40 draws & 21 loses
shame they didn't have the required "home grown talent" to fill all their champions league spots
that is ridiculous
oh and Ubergunner John Terry the single player you asked for
never lost at home in the premier league thats a pretty good
record played 60 won 46 drew 14

Fact: the Gooners are the only English owned team of the top
four.
Not for much longer Gooner. Isn't foreign cash in the process of taking over your club?
There's some speculation around that but (at least for now) it seems that major shareholders will not sell. I couldn't care less where the owner was from (I certainly don't support England), although it seems this guy is a bit dodgy.
I think you're missing my point however - it doesn't matter where players/coaches/owners are from, it's a club game.

Original post:
There's lots of speculation around Mourinho potentially being sacked.
Apparently it was just mentioned on Sky Sports in the UK and all of Thursday's papers in the UK have headlines with stories of this.
Obviously is still at the rumour stage, but with some of their recent performances, you can see how it *could* happen?
Thoughts?
My view - I think it would be hilarious.

I stand corrected!! the plastic's are having a mini melt
down!!
you just beat me to it arse!!
cue to chant
You're not special
You're not special
You're not special anymore
You're not special anymore!
Wahoo. I couldn't stand that self centred pr1ck anyway. The EPL is
better off without him.
Had to quit before the Russian Mafia got him.
Life won't so entertaining without his daily/weekly quotes
Finally rid of that arrogant git.
Mourinho has gone - thanks for the two Championships
and he never lost a home league game.
ChopperHarris2007-09-20 12:06:35
me thinks he'll be at QPR...
Always hated the prick, but I'll miss some of the classic
lines he used to spout.

From Quotes of the Week
"The style of how we play is very important. But it is omelettes and eggs. No eggs - no omelettes! It depends on the quality of the eggs. In the supermarket you have class one, two or class three eggs and some are more expensive than others and some give you better omelettes. So when the class one eggs are in Waitrose and you cannot go there, you have a problem."

Rather him that that misreable French c**t youve got. Although
he has done a great deal for home grown talent.

good one

LOL show me the Homegrown talent that moanrinhio has nurtured,
or chelsea for that matter. Name a single player in their 1st team
sqaud that played in thier youth teams.

giddyup2007-09-20 15:51:06
yep 500 million pounds spent since 2003 you'd expect a record like
that .
How can people hate him hes awesome!
he was always good for a laugh
and lets call a spade a spade - he did wonders for that club
wonder if the russians will have him offed!!
He was good, great character in the EPL...Knew it would ave to come sometime soon, he and the owner never been on good terms and he was forced to bring in Shevchenko and Ballack which he didn't want...thought he would leave at the end of season but I guess he couldn't wait that long.

Taxi...................................................................................................................
It was always on the cards and I reckon he won't be at any club
more than 3-4 years. He was great for Chelsea and the EPL but I can
also understand why some hated him. On the bright side, teams
always win their first game after a manager has been sacked and
we've got united away.

thats the pot calling the kettle black isn't it?
Because Arsenal is FULL of young english talent is
it????????
you talk as if you have a famous football academy like us at
west ham
i think not
I liked him, so what he was outspoken and very confident. 2 League
titles back to back show he had something more to offer too. Terry
might be the only youth-first team player but there's also
Mancienne, Smith & Sahar that were in their reserves whom will
be stars of the future.
He is more cheerful than Sir Al-Sux at Manure or that forever
sick looking fella at the Gooners.
Charactors are missing from the English game, but this guy was
one of a dying breed. I wish him well where-ever he goes.
Now if Roman cashes in his chips, Chelsea's demise will be as
quick as the Titanics, they won't be able to afford their squad as
it is.
And this compliment about Jose coming from a QPR fan.
Avram Grant, a close friend of Abramovich, named as replacement
coach
Oh well, at least Abramovich will be able to run his team how he wants now. I foresee the steady demise of the club, back to their rightful position.

Evening gunman...
I agree as soon as Roman gets bored of his little pet project
chelsea are fcuked.
The EPL will miss someone as outspoken and lively as him. At
first I hated him with a passion but as time went on he was very
humerous.
Chelsea have their fair share of ENGLISH players, whether or
not they came through their academy is another story.
But the cheek of a gooner mentioning english players makes mr
LOL.
ESP with their lovely little French team
Fact: the Gooners are the only English owned team of the top
four.
But more importantly -
Fact: it doesn't matter where players come from, this is a club competition, not an international.
Now back to laughing at Chelski.
