Forgive me if this has already been asked...I brought a new membership and added 4 United tickets to the order - as I was asked to and allowed to on the website and my credit card details were taken. Are we now saying that I didn't actually buy these 4 tickets and that I can't because I am not a renewing member? i have a confirmation email from ticketek saying I've purchased them.

But you would have had to have been a member to log on to the website?  Is there a "new" membership option yet?

Its an absolute PR cluster but then this is typical Gareth MO. Get people looking at the issue to get things his way. Gareth never had any intention to pour $40m into a black hole when he can use every trick he has to get the Stadium to bargain harder. Its all just smoke screens to make people think that he will knowing that it will get tied up by the RMA and dissenters for years. Come on... This is not some government department that just throws money away. This is Gareth Morgan, the guy that made his money because he knows how to make money, not throw it away. They'll come out of it with a cheaper deal at the stadium, you watch.

A different point of view. If Martin Snedden was handling this, and he is a very well respected CEO, do you think it would have gone like this? Not in a million fucking years because everything would have been checked and double checked. The Welnix lads are not serious about it and I believe never were.

Seating plan

Looks like a slightly larger FZ and reduced silver zone.

What's a "Supporters Zone"?  Is that for travelling WHam and Toon Army?

Hi..because im numerically challenged what is the cost going to be to renew my season ticket and attend both games of the double header?.  Does that differ from one game of the double header with renewal?  My current ticket is silver being aisle 25.

PS..now see from seating plan that my existing seat is now gold.  I gather if you renew TT sells u that seat so does that mean I pay gold for silver.

I was able to log in and buy a new membership and then given the option to buy the other tickets [which I did]. So it looks like I'm ok I'd think.

You will probably find that your credit card hasn't been charged for either your new membership or your tickets. But I'm guessing that the payment will be processed on the 16th of May, and that your tickets should come through then. I did similarly and ordered a new membership. My credit card hasn't been charged yet. I am planning on adding some tickets as soon as I confirm how many.

I'm "lolling" so much I'm likely to shell out for a couple of corp tix to take the other half (the one that makes sense) to see her hometown team. Burned!

It is interesting to me that spending the time, effort and $ on bringing good football to NZ for a week has had such a lot of interest and support. Why then do they not apply the same and spend the $ on a team that can give us decent football every week instead of building a stadium?

Haven't seen this anywhere else, so are there family passes available for the double header? And what times are the games, ie: is there enough time to leave and get some decent beers and food? Or will I miss the amazing in between game show...

Here we have a club that bemoans not being able to sign up season tickets holders, and here we also have a foundation gold ticket holder who wonders why the club does sweet FA for season ticket holders. Each year there seem to be promises that we'll get various benefits but they never materialise, it's all talk no action.

Reviewing my e mails for the week, I am asked to renew my season ticket but apparently have no opportunity to buy tickets for the Premier League games because I am not also a club member.

Having said that, the communication from the club is so bad you wouldn't really know what is going on and that is I guess where things are at.

Can anyone clarify - can a season ticket holder buy tickets to these games now???

Yes season ticket holders can get tickets to the Football United tour now.

I discovered that when you renew your season ticket, it then offers you an opportunity to buy tickets to the games.

Communication has always been poor from the club, nothing seems to have changed on that front.

If you have renewed your season ticket or if they are in your basket after logging on with your user name and password supplied in your renewal email. While logged in go back to my membership?  and select one of the white boxes along from the one you selected to renew and add your selection to that game and back again to add the next game selection. Then your basket should hold all you selections then proceed to checkout.  me 8 minutes on the first day to sign up for all option available.

I thought the season pass package last season (2013/14) was pretty good.  The draw was sh!te, but the benefits in the package were good.

Wonder if he used his free bus travel, got the freebies, went to the fan forums, went to the clubrooms at the grand and went to a a game using his membership.

West Ham fan from Sydney here.

My Mum got my wife and I 2 tickets through a friend of hers who is a Wellington Phoenix Member.

She's emailed me the below confirmation.

Does this look like it includes the double header match (Sydney FC v West Ham, Phoenix v Newcastle) in Wellington on 26th July?
