I hope we covered the costs of this game with that crowd - 9k.  NZF absolutely needs more games like this

that's actually not too bad for a Friday night; where there's rugby on same time at other places and also long weekend, so heaps of people away, etc

Seriously. That is a fucking poor effort. People like you, for example, should be there.

Worked late.

So did over a million others...worked late. To be honest with the hype etc, there should be 20k there at least. It is a rarity to get an International here in NZ. Aucklanders should have made the most of it or we'll be getting the games at the Petone Arena.

On podcast this week I was saying that the Nix should really be looking at players like Tim Payne.

So let's call that Ernie 1 Smith 0.

On tonight's evidence. Payne is woeful.

Yep a very poor game from him.  But I've seen him in the flesh at the Olympics play well.  So I still think he has something to offer

Having seen a photo of you in one of your previous DP's you could probably do without chocolates.

Weirdly, I'm in Welly tonight, so it would have been 9227 otherwise; though it doesn't sound like I missed much.

I'm sure Gunman would be there if it was in Welly. Were you there?

We had some dire crowds in Wellington in meaningless games against the Islands. I remember those.
