I wionder if Ricki has changed tactics now. i.e. from I dont care about the result i want to get all the players on the field to....sh1t we are 0-0 at half time against mexico, i am going to hold off the changes and get the best result possible?

I think Lochy is doing ok. Not fantastic, but ok. He IS essentially marking the Dos Santos brothers which is a fairly intimidating situation

While 0-0 is great, I'd like to see us actually try to score a goal, y'know.

i think players to come off first are:
 
Coombes- had his spell give Haynes a go, or bring on Mc G
Killen - coming back from injury so he has done his half get him off. Get Wood on.
Brown- playing well as normal. but on a yellow and still going into to tackles a bit hard. dont want to risk 10 players v mexico.

If we build it, they will come...

Plus, Denmark just lost their Wednesday friendly to Austria. (because Reid is basing his decision entirely on the results of March 3 friendlies)

That was the fifth 45 minute spell in which the All Whites have not conceeded a goal ... 225 minutes.

I would like to see ( read ) Wood get on and be given more game time. He is clearly the future striker of the all whies for years to come and in my opinion a little more creative that Killen and Fallon.
 
Has Smeltz done anything we he's had the ball, if he's had, he's normally not too bad at keeping it.
