someone in that midfield has to take responsibility for receiving the ball and starting the play. It's a problem at every level

Super obvious in this game JD. All the backs are hoofing the ball long when there are free mid players to pass to. Frustrating.

rufer may have some odd ideas but he's not an idiot.

We have a real problem on our left side. Rowe is receiving the ball standing still he does nothing other than ping long or slide to rojas wide, he ends up receiving without any space. Musa's distribution is non-existent so we have no outlet at all on that side and give it away cmpletely

Lucas does well when he drops off the front line, but no-one has the composure or wuality to get the ball into feet. it's only hppened once or twice but it's the closest we've come to strutured play.

Marinovic, brilliant goal keeping. I'll give you that one Doloras!
