Wellington will be a sell out, Auckland wont get ten thousand.

That would be funny but it's more likely to be the other way around.

Good scheme with the Auckland tickets including free public transport. When we lived in Brisbane, all tickets to all sports at Suncorp had the same deal. We used to drive to a big shopping mall [and bus termminus] park up, catch the bus straight to outside the ground. Finish game straight back on bus to mall, have dinner and home. Magic. Not sure these days on how well versed Aucklanders were on public transport but I think this can work. As a visitor it certainly has meant that I'll be staying in the city now and not looking for somewhere on the Northshore and driving to the ground.

Does anyone know why they wouldn't allow pdf tickets of these games like you could get for the finals games earlier in the year. They are heaps better.

Nelsen Confirms Availability For All Whites: Wellington, Sept 7 NZPA - All Whites captain Ryan Nelsen has confirmed... http://nzne.ws/7GKU

All Whites captain Ryan Nelsen has confirmed his availability for New Zealand's two home soccer internationals next month.

Nelsen, who captains English Premier League team Blackburn Rovers, had previously indicated his desire to play against Honduras in Auckland on October 9 and Paraguay in Wellington on October 12, but today confirmed he would make the trip home.

"I'm going to come back and play," Nelsen told LiveSPORT this morning.

"I have always wanted to come back. You've just got to play a bit of a political game with the club, but that's sorted and it's all good."

Nelsen hoped fellow All Whites centreback Winston Reid would also return for the matches, but said Reid should stay with English Premier League club West Ham United if he felt that would be better for his career.

"Everyone wants him to come back but we should support him if he wants to stay."

Don't they know that Nelsen isn't the captain of Blackburn anymore?

Sounds pretty clear to me, club has given him the green light and he's told Ricki he's coming. Now he needs to come out in public and say it.

Good news and fanatstic that Ryan Nelsen is coming back for the two games. Good that Rory Fallon is recovering and unavailable for these 2 games. Will he , won't he is swirling around the Winston Reid. Surely we can't fill this void if theer is one and lets just forget about the upstarter Winston Reid. If Winston Reid does come and does the right thing, then great, otherwsie move on without him. Do we need a different  approach to the game ie a new coach to go forward or are we going to play a defensive fortress followed by hoofing long balls?

That'd be a bit weird considering my house is in Wellington?
I am one of said out of towners, wondering if anyone has any suggestions of where i can stay?

Closest motel to the stadium would be Albany Executive motor inn. Just 5 mins walk from there.

Wouldn't be surprised if their cheapest rooms are full by now though.

I think it would be best to stay at a Backpackers on Queen Street. Crucially, there's free bus travel to the Stadium from Britomart for anyone with a pre-bought ticket.

That would be the best bet, stayin anywhere near the stadium is in the boondocks and there will be a distinct lack of suitable venues to celebrate our victory out there.

If I recall correctly both the All Whites and Honduras should be in the country by tomorrow. I know most of New Zealand (if not all) are already in.

I'm going to hopefully be at the All Whites training tomorrow from 4pm at Kristen School on Auckland's North Shore getting footage for nzherald.co.nz. It would be great if a lot of fans can come down, not just to support and meet the team, but to show the public how great All Whites supporters can be - so we can drum up more hype for these two games. So come down, dress in white and show your support!
