You do release they have to work with Ticketek right?

Coming up up to three and a bit months to the playoff games.....no news on ticket pricing or release date, no news on the grand plan of warm up matches to get the AW's in fighting form, no news from the coach about strategies, players etc......HELLO, HELLO  NZF.....is there anyone there?????????

Because of the possibility of a sell out no one I know from out of town is making travel plans until they  get tickets....there are some grumpy people out there!!!!!

So true. Ricki will pick all his old bangers and then try and fit them all into his starting eleven.
I can't help feel that NZF are somehow missing the boat on this one. They farted around on the selection of the venue but once the decision was made it generated quite a bit of publicity.....if they had pushed the "it will be a sell out better get in early to buy your tickets" then they would have had a big rush on sales IMO. Now the story and vibe has gone dead. You get the sense that the fans take on this whole thing is getting gloomier by the day. You don't meet many people in football circles who are optimistic about our chances of qualifying. The worry will be if the AW's start warm up games and play the shiite they dished up earlier this year then the vibe will really get bad.....and ticket sales will drop off.
Does anyone in NZF realise how important this is?.....without the $10 million from qualifying for Brazil the coffers will soon dry up and we will be back in the footballing dark ages.

Good thing NZF aren't being asked to name a new baby.

Hi All Feverites, do you want to be the FACE(s) of the ad campaign for the All Whites playoff game in Wellington? We need upwards of 40 people for a photo shoot on Tuesday, and then your mugs will be plastered around town on posters and billboards, will be a fun shoot, and you will be famous round town for years to come.

Details: This Tuesday 30 July, 5pm - 6pm, at The Ring of Fire ; Photoshoot of a group of mad supporters at the stadium wearing all white.

Everyone who can make it will be provided/ploughed with food and drinks. You have to wear white, and bring your most enthusiastic face. Anyone of any age. Please email the address below if you can make it along with your cell number, and in the email let me know any mates you can bring along and their cell numbers.      allwhites.photoshoot@clemengerbbdo.co.nz

Looking to get good support from the Fever for this, so that the game can really be promoted and the hype starts building amongst football and non-football people.

In response to a few people above, the ticket pricing is just about to be set, and is very reasonable from what I understand, and you will not think twice about buying more than 1 ticket. Out of towners should book travel, as football club members will get first dibs at tickets and they will def get them. Obviously In terms of playing side of things that's beyond me, but im sure they will sort it. Too much money at stake not to.

Get involved and email me if you can make Tuesday afternoon, look forward to seeing all of you then.

Jesse , fyi my partner works for clemenger and is organising this. cheers

Food and drinks worth making the effort for. New time, 5pm Tuesday to accommodate working people and to allow the stadium lights to make the photos look mint.

Mexico, Honduras or Panama for our play-off opponent?

We could actaully end up playing Mexico. Things aint looking good for Mexico, having been beaten a couple of days ago by Panama in the semi of the Gold Cup, the CONCACAF regional championship:

Some indications of the way CONCACAF  WC qualifying could go from the last few weeks' Gold Cup played around the USA:

USA v Panama final coming up this morning at 8am NZT.

Results here: http://www.concacaf.com/category/gold-cup/schedule-results

25/7/13   Omens not good for Mexico, defeated 2-1 by Panama in the semi a few days ago, repeating the result from group play where they finished behind Panama too.

Other semi: USA 3 Honduras 1

Group play: GROUP A finished: 1. Panama 2. Mexico 3. Martinique 4. Canada

(8/7/13  Panama 2 - Mexico 1)

GROUP B: Honduras finished top ahead of Trinidad and Tobago, beating El Salvador and Haiti but losing 2-0 to Trinidad and Tobago.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

And so our prospective opponents rack up the games whilst the All Whites remain in mothballs....

Mexico sent a domestic based squad to the Gold Cup but even their top side is struggling. It is starting to worry me that they may stumble their way to fourth.

Jason Pine @pineyzb

Ticket prices announced for All Whites game on Nov 20. $60 adults, $20 kids. On-sale to public August 29, before that for wait-listed fans

A limited supply of Category 2 tickets will be available at $40 (Adults), $15 (Child) for All Whites game in Wgtn Nov 20

2 adults and 2 kids for $140 or $95 in category B #allwhites November 20, Wellington

$60 seems really steep to me.

I think $60 is borderline, but I'm not too surprised or fussed.

I'd like to know where/what is Category 2 and how many of those tickets will be available at $40. Those are good prices.

$60 too steep? For a 1 in 4 year sporting event the likes of which most people will never forget.
A full house of All Whites fans sitting on the edge of agony and ecstasy.
I'd say that's priceless.

I will be there but there are a lot of people struggling atm. I shouted my brother & his missus last time, unsure I can do that this time. This has to sell out before the first leg, would have hoped they gone for around the $50 mark.

I wonder why we have to wait a month to be able to buy tickets.

Where did you get the 12th August from RR? I can't see that anywhere?

I wonder if Phoenix season ticket holders get a higher priority than the Ticketek waitlist?

EDIT: Just got the email from the Nix, which gives the 12 August date.
