you could be right there Yeovil, Terry Parle told me Boylan has been a bit of a fitness freak since the end of last season

What are peoples thoughts on Jimmy Vaughan coaching Roslyn this season? i don't really know much about the guy apart from his involvement with Varsity.

Think Morgan Day will be staying at Mosgiel, well as long as McGarry is coaching there.

Not so sure about that Brando rumour and i'd say James Watson would be staying put, he'll be starting centreback this year.

I think Jimmy will do an excellent a job, he certainly has plenty knowledge and enthusiam. He should also have plenty of talent to form a competitive side.

Wolud surprised to see Wattie go to Tech but he is definately top quality and I wouldn't be surprised if Fridge wanted. Maybe Scoullar is going to play further up the park this year and is parca498 back this year?

I couldn't see Brando playing for Cavvy, Northern maybe (but probably not), why anyone would want to play their home games at the Gardens is beyond me

Cunningham was getting some coin, maybe Hugie forked out too much on Boylan's limestone fence?

does anyone know of any player movements for the upcoming season?

is it true Jimmy Vaughan was the only applicant for the roslyn job?

Hey,

I am a Auckland City supporter and i thought your team wasnt a 5-0 team like your coach said. Although your keeper did pull off some amazing saves to keep the score down and rightly awarded player of the day. Can someone please tell me who the number 18 was, he was possibly the worst player/ athlete i have ever witnessed in the NZFC, he did not get out of a walk and im not sure what he was doing out there. Thought your number 10 came on and added a bit upfront.

number 10 will be Dave Dugdale, 18 will be Nathan Knox

"I thought Tom Sadd played well for us in defence and James Waggett in goal kept us in the game for a long time as he has done all season."
good stuff tom.good to see the canterbury boys are doing well.especially after a bit of ribbing for old tom on here!
not a good result though at the end of the day, city showing there class

Looking at playoff aspirations.
Last six games need 13 points to make it to last years magic number for qualifying 23.

So thats 4 wins and a draw from home matches vs Hawkes Bay, Welly, Waikato, Manawatu and Away Matches vs Waitakere and Canterbury. Certainly not impossibvle just need six points from the next two weeks (HBU, TW) to put us back in the picture.

had a chat to Shane Carvell today and Grants Braes still dont have a coach for this season. he did mention that the club had approached Marc Chidley, hopefully this is true, he would be great for our club

I wouldn't know Blanche sorry but Horner has been seen house hunting in the St Kilda / Musselburgh area

Horner...over rated. He wouldn't be worth the trouble and the further issues it would cause between two clubs who have previous bad blood.
