Green Island Prem Squad are having a hitout on Tuesday 6pm at Tahuna Park versus an All Whites mix. So thats G.I sorted for their pre season match.. Wasn't sure if they were going to have one at all !

I'd take Nathan Gunn (leagues most under-rated player) & Liam Dungey over Prattley and Myers anyday! Cavvy are a bunch of nobodys this season. No Rodeka, Jackson, Fitzpatrick, Hancock, Smith. Its a race to the finish between GI and Roslyn!

Liam dungey is nearly 25......When Tim and Tristian come back the tech back line will be better than ever! Tech will be top 3 with ease! 

Na liam is the dark short haired one. Hes strong in the air but nearly hitting 25 and gi is supposed to be a young team. New coach though so will see if he can get up for the 2013 season.

Shut up Maroon Roost, lol 25??!! G.I is supposed to be a young team? The 2 CB's have SPL experience, Dungey is an outstanding player, had the season of his life last season also. 25-28 is the perfect age for a CB in the SPL in my opinion.

Age has nothing to do with playing CB, but Maroon Roost is saying how Liam Dungey, the G.I centre back is 25 and G.I is supposed to be a young time, 25 is young. 

He made it sound like Liam Dungey is too old, which hes not, although he does have grey hair.

Pretty Sure Dungey Has Only Played For Otago Once And That Was At Milk Cup 2005 ??

There have been plenty of good players who have played in the SPL but not Otago, McKenzie, Dugdale, Wild, Mather

I think Nathan Gunn is easily one of the best defenders in the league, just because someone plays National Leafue for Otago doesn't automatically make them a better player.

I'll be there, its a pity the stadium is prohibitaviely expensive for anything but one off special occassions. It'd be great if it could be used for catch-up games, or even the odd transfer when the grounds are out, especially for games involving travel. I've watched to many games in the snow at both the old and new Cale over the years
