A little bit of Brockie in our lives, a little bit of Fenton down the sides

A little bit of Hernandez is all we need, a little bit of Cunningham with all his speed

A little bit of Huysegums he's all class, a little bit of Riera with his pin-point pass

A little bit of Sigmund in defence, a little bit of Durante he’s immense

Obviously to Mambo no 5

Could include the next line with actions, but would make it quite long:

Jump up and down and move it all around
Shake your head to the sound, put your hands on the ground
Take one step left and one step right
One to the front and one to the side
Clap your hand once and clap your hands twice
And if it looks like this then you are doing it right

The Yaya/Kolo Toure chant seems to be in vogue atm, could use it for Muscat & Boxall?

How about the Hare Krishna song for our new boy?

People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis. You can't trust people.

To the tune of In 'The Jungle'

"There's a striker, a Belgian striker, Stein Huysegems,

He's our striker, our Belgian striker, Stein Huysegems,

Huysegems, A Huysegems, A Huysegems, A Huysegems, A Huysegems........(and so on)"

Thought we should get another chant going for the mighty bald Belgian!

To the tune of 'Cant Take My Eyes Off You' - Frankie Valli and The 4 Seasons

"Albert Riera,

You are the love of my life,

Albert Riera,

I'll let you have/shag my wife,

Albert Riera,

A paramedics way of life"

Needs work, but could be a great chant to get going.

Abide with me; fast falls our finals hopes;

the darkness deepens; can the Fever cope?

When casual fans all fall away and flee,

Wellington Phoenix, O abide with me.

Swift to its close another loss today;

earth's joys grow dim; Perth Glory pulls away;

angst and despair in the forum I see;

Wellington Phoenix, O abide with me.

I need thy presence every passing hour.

What but thy grace can foil Brisbane Roar's power?

Who, like thyself, my guide and stay can be?

Wellington Phoenix, O abide with me.

I fear no foe, with Ernie’s high line press;

Jests are lightweight, and Heart has no success.

Where is the Bling? Where, grave, thy victory?

We triumph still, Phoenix abide with me.

Put up thy cross before they close thee down;

ghost through the gap, like goals scored by Tim Brown.

Cunningham breaks, and scores to make it three;

Wellington Phoenix, O abide with me.

He's there at the double, whenever there's trouble, he's perceptive and he's tough. The tackles he makes, have just what it takes, whenever the going gets rough.

His name is Albert! Albert! Albert Reira in midfield!

He's sharp, he's cool, he's nobody's fool! He's Albert Reira in midfield!

If you've been dropped in it, he's there in a minute, that's faithful Albert's way! He's got no pretention, just lots of invention that always saves the day! Hurray! For Albert! Albert! Albert Reira in midfield!

He's sharp, he's cool, he's nobody's fool! He's Albert Reira in midfield!

Replaced words from the opening of Albert the fifth musketeer french animation, so same tune:

Was suggested on Sunday that as Tylor is called One Direction that their song "you don't know your beautiful" could work. Lyrics are:

Baby you light up my world like nobody else,
The way that you flip your hair  gets me overwhelmed,
But when you smile at the ground it ain't hard to  tell,
You don't know oh-oh!
You don't know you're beautiful!

I am not very good at changing lyrics but maybe someone else can think of something.

We already use this tune for Glen Moss, thanks to El Grap and I <3 Nix.

Mossy you light up my world like nobody else,
The way you dive for the ball gets me overwhelmed,
And when you punch at the ball it ain't hard to tell,
We all know oh-oh!
Mossy you're a goalkeeper!

(note, I may I have got a word or two wrong here. *waits for correction by I <3 Nix*)

to the tune of Flash by Queen

"dum dum dum dum dum dum dum dum   MOSS.  Ah  aaaah.   Keeper of the universe."

Every time he gets the ball start doing the dums.  when he kicks it we all say Moss.

had some worries about putting our keeper off while he is kicking the ball, but as he is the keeper of the universe Mossy wouldn't be put off by stuff like this.

we really just want to get a classic like Flash involved in any way possible

Here's my version of Black Betty:

Woah it's Kenny, Cunningham

Ye-ah it's Kenny Cunningham

Up the line, it's Cunningham

Link up with Stein, it's Cunningham

Woah it's Kenny, Cunningham

Ye-ah it's Kenny Cunningham

Across the face, it's Cunningham

Whipped in with pace, it's Cunningham

Woah it's Kenny, Cunningham

Ye-ah it's Kenny Cunningham

Could add in additional stanzas really easily or just repeat.

I like this.
It may be up there on the difficulty scale though due to it being quite a fast tune at times. But Worth a go! Would be great if it catches on.
I do like the moss chant too, been hoping it catches on and it probably will eventually as people pick up the words (I've never quite picked them up either)

CHORUS TUNE FROM 'THE GAMBLER' BY KENNY ROGERS...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn481KcjvMo&feature=kp

"You got to know when to pass it,

Know when to tackle,

Know when to hold your ground,

And know when to shoot.

You never count your fans,

When you're sittin in the stands,

Celebrate and chant all game!

Even when the game's done!"

The coach of Wellington
He had 2 dozen men
And he would march up the league
And then back down again

And when they're up they're up
And when they're down they're down
And when they're only halfway up
They've neither up nor down

Easy tune to follow so perhaps change to "Well-ing-ton"
