Celtic Version The original?

And here is a Burnley Version that was a first time effort after a message board discussion about the Celtic version. So it can be done.

Yes, hugely derivative and somewhat "let's do the latest UK chant here", but I like it and haven't noticed it at A-League grounds yet (although haven't watched much over last 3 weeks).

I think the "...for the Phoe-e-e-nix" part of Stand up for the Phoenix doesn't scan well for repeats. I've heard West Ham and Nottingham Forrest do the "...stand up if you're two nil up" version and it has a really good rythym to it, and the repeated "Stand up, stand up, STAND UP" is pretty unambiguous and hard to miss for the not-inclined-to-normally-stand-up types.
