Silence is golden.

I'm slightly disappointed!

How about total silence then once the opposition keeper has kicked it go "OOOOOOOOOH" in a high toned childish and dispareging way.

It's sh*tness is what is so great about it (although I might have to employ the Pirate Ship, argh line on the 20th )

No... just silence until it's touched a player other than the keeper, then in to whatever we have set to go.

I like Perth Glory's, when we're playing them:
AAAAHHHHHHH Sheep Shagga

I have always hated this chant and always will. I give it the silent treatment each and everytime.

Let's make this thread interesting. If you are devoid enough of brain cells to actually enjoy this chat, please come forth and defend your position.

Well, how about the one suggested in the 442, thread...

West Brom used to do a good one - the big... Oooooooooooooohhhhhh... Build up then 'boing!' when the keeper hit it, wait, wait, wait, 'boing!' for the first header or bounce, and on and on until 'regular' play resumed when someone got it on the floor. Was very amusing to hear them do it.

At least that might get some reaction from the home crowd...

I'll give it a go, but trying to instigate silence is going to be difficult.

Perhaps we should just aim for lots of "Shushing" for the first half until people get the message!

I'm slightly disappointed!

See Capes, that is why I have a sticker for you.

No boings, no ahhhhhh, no 'you're sh*t' just silence.  DEAD QUIET.

Not even slightly.  If we all just say no, we can stamp out this blight on the Fever.

Sorry for the delete coops, but this one is importnt so I'm keeping it 'on message'.

No... because to do it you have to do the aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh bit.

The solution is nothing.  Quiet.  Zip. Nada

I don't like the silence idea, every time the Fever go silent I have to listen to Hardnews yelling out obscure abuse at the ref or someone in the opposition that did something bad 3 years ago in a pre-season game that no one else saw.

I like the silent idea, maybe we need to turn to our left and  chinese whisper it tonight so everyone in the zone knows ?
