Sounds like an ugly atmosphere there too. Feel a bit sorry for Kean. How the hell are the team supposed to play well when the entire crowd are booing/slagging off their manager?
There is a massive rift between the fans, and the manager & owner. I do feel sorry for the players who are stuck in the middle of it.

Someone needs to tell Ryan N that the Nix are all love peace and harmony.

The club isn't playing Salgado at the current time and will sell him in Janurary, because he is close to triggering a new & higher paying contract. Add to that they released Emerton to get his wages off the book, it makes me feel if we did come asking about Nelsen we would be able to to get him, if he was willing to come.

Emerton? who is he? can't be that shower of sh*te now playing for the bling?

If he wasn't being played on the wrong wing, he might be going better, but he is still going better than Kewell.

Also I pointed out in the A-League transfer thread, Grella is off contract, so we might see him back in the A-League next year also.

I agree wiith your comment about him playing out of position, but "playing better than Kewell" is hardly any sort of reccomendation

If the players got the results there would be no rift

Blackburn fans are vile.

Three for me, and two for them.

Not sure about that, not many fans liked how Kean got the job to start with. They felt he stabbed Big Sam in the back, and got the job because he is managed by the same agent that was advising the new owners at the time.

It must be hard playing with only one defender as well.

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet

Loving it.

Although a BB win this morning might have had the ideal result. Coyle out, Kean in.

I know, I know, its serious!

We are getting a bit loose at the back (as we have been all season), the young kids had been going well.

I wonder how much press this whole thing would have got if Rover's were a fashionable club. Other than that story in the Independent, nothing much has been said in the UK press.

Completely agree and it's not like Blackburn are a small club either.

Really need to beat QPR today, Yakubu being back will help our chances but no Samba or Givet.

Noticed this on the BBC website today, and it made me a bit depressed.

League Games since...
Clean Sheet: 27

oh and more bad press

Great result, but again no clean sheet and a horrible 2nd half with weird tactical subs.

OptaJoe: 38% - Yakubu has the best conversion rate of shots into goals of any regular player in the Premier League this season. Poacher.

I know it was a cold day but only 20,000 turned out at Ewood

Would normally expect 26,000 - 27,000

Kean still has a long long way to go to win back the fans
