ColU are so up for this game.....and we will win.  The stadium is sold out for the first time since it opened....   2-0 to the Us.

I think that will make two of us... but I think 2-0 is very optimistic considering I've asked Sadie from SA to offer all the Col U's squad tea the night before the match! :)

Well I guess my confidence was justified.... 5-Zip on a rain sodden pitch, where playing 70's style was more commonplace than 2010! Emphatic!

Get yourself into the Backbencher on a Phonex match night and chat to Boycie (pub Owner) Huge Nowich city fan. The pub has a framed shirt hanging on the wall signed by the team that won promotion to the premier league in 04/05 (I think that was the year)

Yeah I heard mutterings that there was a pub owner down Welly way that was a massive fan. Once I get rid of the bird I'll have to come down and chew the fat with the lad! (And of course furnish my NCFC shirt)

Fair enough we crowed when we put 7 past you.  I am told first two goals were good and settled the match rest was catchup that didnt come off.
We are now happy with our Chairman our manager and our team...there are no recriminations at ColU just determination to get together.  See you guys at the end of season for final placings.

I still think it is a four team league now (Norwich, Leeds, Charlton and ColU) with Huddersfield and the Dons outside chances.

Well with 14 minutes to play I  thought it was going to be the first loss since October to Leeds (2-1) BUT Chris Martin stabbed a corner in make it 1-1 and Cody MacDonald, with nine minutes to play made it 1-2.

Walsall 1-2 Norwich

Have Leeds got too much on their plate at the moment and are starting to suffer from it?

Poor ol' Sky Sports presenter, and Hartlepool fan, Jeff Stelling celebrates his team taking the lead, only for Norwich City to hit back immediately much to the amusement of his guests on Soccer Saturday.

just watching tranmere rovers giving it to norwich 3-0 still in the first half, 2 penalties in the first 15 minutes norwich goalkeeper sent off then  a hanball by the attacker that was missed resulting in goal number 3

Two young strikers sign for Norwich on loan... Dani Pacheco and Sam Vokes, both on paper look like great signings. We'll see how they go.
Maybe we can catch QPR....! Give em a run for their money!

The proof will be in the pudding.... Sc**thorpe, then Swansea, Watford, Notts Forest, Ipswich and Derby all in quick succession. Going to be a very tall order! No easy games here!

Let me know how he goes for you please. Been begging for him to get more first team action, but this is his chance to get some games under his belt and prove what he can do, so really hope he takes this opportunity!

For your information: This what the gaffer said about Dani I thought his debut was as good as Ive seen. I thought he was brilliant, he lifted the crowd.

Aparently, he was in every move prior to him coming off on the hour, created 2 of Grant Holt's 3 goals and was given a standing ovasion by the crowd when he left the pitch.

Cant ask for more from a player than that!

Haven't watched the game yet but will do on Tuesday to see how he played first hand.

Having the support of the crowd will give him a boost too, and a run of games under his belt.. All exciting stuff!
