Good result, and nice to see Dani get on the score sheet, even if he came off the bench.

Just TWO big games to go... Pompey and Coventry... we can do it! (Although even I'm nervous)

Well, new season, new division.... How are we going to go? That is the $2.4 trillion question.... Nice warm up against Parma, 3-0 but it ain't Man U or even Aston Villa....

Why am I dead to you?  This makes me sad.

Sure I'll wash them tonight and I can bring the Saturday?  Thinking I might come and watch the mighty Nighthawks

I think this may be the reason for the DTM call.

The socks are close to Norwich colours.  By this I mean they are yellow.  Thank goodness you were joking, I'm not doing washing tonight so it'd have to wait =)

Seriously, do you Tractor Buoys have nothing better to do than to have jibs at the Canaries. Shouldn't you be concentrating on trying to stay up in the Championship this year? Hahahaha

All Norwich supporters are especially welcome at the Backbencher and the proprietor (Boycie) will gladly talk about the Canaries until the wee small hours

None. I borrowed them coz I froze while watching a game. I don't play and well HN tries to sometimes...

Let it be known that I know nothing about my new team. Except that they wear yellow and green, have a few Irishmen, Stephen Fry is a Director and Delia Smith is a share-holder.

LOL!!! Delia was doing the catering at Carrow Rd until recently... All important you know.

Well where do you start: Paul Lambert is the manager (ex Colchester and Wycombe), he hasn't lost two games in a row since he started two seasons ago.
Pretty much all players either Championship or League One (a few with Prem experience)
Formation: usually diamond.
Forwards: Holt and Morison (to start) or Vaugan (when fit)
Midfield: Bennett (R Flank), Surman (L Flank) or Crofts (when fit), Hoolahan (at top of diamond),
and Fox (at the base)
Backs: Naughton (or Russell Martin), De Laet, Whitbread (Barnett when fit), Tierney

Keeper: Ruddy

Lastly, pretty much every pundit in England has written them off so.... Enjoy the ride.

its the Yellow Fever watering hole on match days, so if you ever make it over for a game, you'll see the Boss's little Norwich shrine (basically its a framed shirt signed by the team that won them promotion last time to the EPL)

He's a good player, is Ayala. Think he will help you a lot. Has played a few times in the Premier League and is a big lad, who is good on the ball as well. Not the quickest, but believe he was really good at Hull (?) last year. Remember there was talk from many people at Liverpool who believed he would be one of our youngsters who 'made it' in the Premier League.  El-Nio2011-08-16 15:25:23

Bit surprised at this. I thought he could've gone out on loan for another year given his age.
