The news from Rangers is that El Hadji Diouf is at Murray Park, having talks and a medical to complete a loan deal. Didn't he once gob at Celtic fans? That'll be fun, then, for the Old Firm games.

if true, because at the moment I can't actually bring myself to comprehend it, the Carroll transfer is the single worst piece of business I can recall.

sack Hodgson , then spend that on Carroll?
relegation is the least they deserve.

Subject to him getting his Italian passport sorted it seems. He has had a few transfers colapse at the last moment, hopefully he has been worth the effort.

Been a decent transfer window for Rovers if all the deals go thru ok.
