I seriously doubt he would, just because they have a few more points after 3 games doesn't mean he will backtrack on what he said about the job earlier.

He's just signed Arteta,Cahill & Rodwell up for 5 more years so i doubt it myself but
He may also feel given the lack of finances available to him at Everton that he's taken us as far as he can, he's apparently the #1 replacement for S.A.F anyway when he retires

I could understand he went to Man U but Villa?? Surely not.

TBH I laughed when I first heard of the rumour a few weeks ago. They are in a very similar position to us so it would be a sidestep. Plus Everton is Moyes' team, every player bar Hibbert, Osman etc has been signed by him. Anything he achieves will feel much better than at any club, Manchester included.

Great comeback. I really think this game will give us the confidence to start winning some games now. Goals have been our problem of late but not today.

Funny how moyes and roundy cracked off at the ref because  the players didn't know the whistle had gone and Jag's shot the ball straight at V.D.S who saved it anyway
Still best point we've had for a long while, great effort from the lads COYB'S

It surely can't get much worst than this. Our problem is scoring, from what I read we created a lot of chances but haven't finished them off. This was the case against Newcastle and Wolves. Once Yak gets fully fit, we will have a very good striker to finish those chances. We aren't playing that badly so at least that is a positive.
We have some wins to look forward to, they will come. Hopefully not too late however, such was the case last season.

29 shots at Brentfords goal 29 We haven't played in the F.A cup yet either god help us there

4-5-1 against a league 1 side you're taking the piss if Cahill had been fit i bet we'dve played a 4-6-0 formation and kept two strikers on the bench FFS driving me narnas at the moment this sh*t

And the hammers are just a perfect model of a winning side? Dream on.

We'll be right, slow starting is our speciality.

Fulham manager Mark Hughes:
"Everton showed that they're in a false position and it's clear they're a very good side.

"They're at the wrong end of the table but I don't anticipate that lasting for long.

"In most of the games I've seen of them on video and TV they've played well and had impact. They've been unlucky not to get more points.

"They probably just need a win to get them going again. I'd imagine no one in the Everton camp is too concerned."

Why anyone in the top tier now wants to make any effort over the Mickey Mouse cup is beyond me.  In 1984 I got on a plane and flew to London to watch us play in the final against Liverpool.  Last week when I heard we'd lost at Brentford I  thought "great we're out of that". A massively devalued competition. One not worth being in.

Anyway - "We'll focus on the league and the FA Cup this season."

As for being last. As David Moyes says [quote]"It's one way up now. Someone has to be bottom and it's us at this present time.
"I don't think we look like a bottom-of-the-league team but we are so we have to get out of it. It's up to us to put it right.
"We just have to keep doing what we're doing. We'll keep playing. There was no lack of confidence from us against Fulham. We tried to do the right things.
"The spirit's good. The players are all together and are all working for the cause to get a result. "My belief is that we have a really good team. That's never changed."

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
