how's the BW fan's love affair with Megson going these days?

Changed my mind again from predicting we would stay up.
The point by Hull was crucial and Mark Schwarazer and the ref denying Newcastle could end up deciding who stays up and who doesnt
Cant see us beating villa.

Yes, it all depends on Villa next week, unless the Baggies can pull off a surprise win against the Pool and another next week.
Manucho, imo, is a load of:

Taylor looks settled now and much improved from last season. Nobody would have guessed he'd end up playing down right mid after we were so use to seeing him play left back for Portsmouth.

Well, when are Bolton fans ever happy with the manager recently.
Big Sam got us European footy but eventually people moaned about the long ball style of play, Little Sam tried a more attractive style and left us in the drop zone, Megson tries to mix the two but also favors that horrible tactic of 'parking the bus'. End of the day most fans are still calling for him to get the boot.

Oh and most just calling him Jussi, but he certainly likes to earn his pay check against Hull.

I am just glad we didnt hear that "Mauled by the Tigers" chant complete with the arm growling motions

Of the bottom teams Hull could be OK now as United will rest all the players for the Champions league final.
I am sure Borough & N'Castle won't be too happy, but I would do the same thig.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

I'm also not going to do any of my pre-match superstitions this weekend as the match means nothing to United and I wanna test whether they actually work. In the past that means we lose. So good news for Hull!

ED!!!!!   Got any fingernails left??
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

Well done Hull i supose i should come on here and congratulate you. Hull are going to struggle next season unless they improve significantly. To be relegated on a damien duff own goal really is f****** annoying but i suppose its what we did over the other 30 odd games, sweet f*** all.

To be honest i think the prem will be worse with replacing teams such as boro and newcastle with the likes of shiefield or burnley. Hopefully, shearer can bring us back up in one season. Relegation might be a blessing in discuse. The newcastle team has so much dead wood in the side, players on top 4 wages who dont give a toss about whether they win or lose.

Go the toon.

Gone next season.

But well done on fighting off the utter rubbish that was Newcastle, Boro and West Brom this season.

Three for me, and two for them.

Well done Tigers, 2 out of 3 from 08/09 ain't bad and now without Newcastle hogging "the non top 4" tele spots, we might get to see a few more of our respective team's games come August.

(Sky might even start showing Championship games now)

I love this from the Sunderland Boards (for those of you in New Zealand who don't know what "Mackems" means it comes from the strong Sunderland saying that originated in the ship building yards "we make them and then take them to Newcastle (for fitting)" which in a Sunderland accent comes out as "whee mackem then tackem to Nhewcassel"! They have a very strong rivalry and love to take the mickey out of each other:

And to the above comment about Newcastle taking up television spots. Its logical we are one of the biggest supported clubs in the world. Id say we would be the 4th biggest supported team behind man utd, lpool, and arsenal in the prem. Remember the premier leagues all about profits.

Of which Mike Ashley will now never see.

To be honest the bottom 5 were all pish this season and should have all been relegated.

Why not change how relegation works: instead of the bottom three why not relegate every team that doesn't make 40 points? Livens things up for arguably the most competitive league in the world - the Chumpionship.

How old is Leggy?  Is he 12 or 72?
