Cruising around Youtube, I found this gem. Wearing what I reckon was the best ever Man United Kit, they contributed to what for me was one of the best ever league games (Liverpool V Norwich was another). Some awesome goals in this classic.

Just watched United and i have smoke coming out of my ears i am fuming that f**ken ref lost us the game Twit!!!!. Well done pompey but it should have been a penalty for us and I  thought the red was harsh he was already getting a penalty for f**k sakes. My dream of the treble is over and i am now in need of a new remote after smashing it at the wall numerous times. Also i think Tevez is very very over rated.

Or you could just put Rio back in goal again.

Just watched the game thought Derby had a great game battled well and Roy Carrol had a great game between the posts. But getting a bit worried as the game wore on. Ben Foster amazing today he was my man of the match did everything right great positioning made 3 good saves. Stoked we are now top of the table. (for a few hours anyway hopefully longer if boro can do somethign special)

Glad to see Foster had a good debut, really pleased in fact. What an astute piece of buying from Sir Alex in nabbing him! I expect us to buy another goal keeper soon when Van der Sar is closer to retiring, one that could also be capable of holding down the number 1 spot, but I see Foster as a worthy contender to anyone in this respect.

Yeah, Foster should slowly take over as the No. 1. I'm thinking if he hadn't had that knee op he would already be there, and Edwin wouldn't have got that one year extention. But he's such a great veteran it's not at all a bad thing. I'm also glad that we just got away from Derby with the three points, we seem to have games where we create so many chances and they never go in (vs Reading in the EPL and Portsmouth in the FA Cup). Just have to watch Chelsea, they're looking muxh more dangerous than Arsenal in my opinion

Thank you Tottenham- We're gunna win the league! (OK, maybe a bit premature, but cmon, would take a fair few stuff-ups for United to lose it from here...).

Yeah sorry, caught up in the moment. I guess that Chelsea having a draw just takes a little pressure off us playing away at The Bridge. Still, I could argue that singing we're gunna win the league has been sung prematurely before (case and point any Nix win...).

Haven't seen the United Bolton match or highlights sorry NZ Gooner. What I saw of Chlesea Spurs (which admittedly was very little) was pretty special.

3-0 over Liverpool this morning  Great job! Goal scorers were Brown, Ronaldo & Nani

Arsenal lost 2-1 at Chelsea so Utd 6 points clear

Yeah the gaps 5 points. Chelsea are the one's to watch, we just have to make sure we only need a draw at Stamford Bridge when that time comes. Definitely in charge though. Great result v Liverpool though, I thought we played well. As for that idiot Mascherano, he should have no complaints.
Another home game this weekend, get another 3 points boys!

Notice how Fergutlesson fully endorsed the referee. Shame, if it had been his player, he'd have thrown his toys out of the cot.

Rooney played well to a point, he is one of the most compete strikers barring 1 factor.. his finishing is sometimes interesting, he either gets on a crazy run or something odd happens, he should have had a hatrick against liverpool.

however his biggest value is that even when he isnt in tune with his finishing, he still set up 2 goals

LG do u really have to make a comment about fergy's treatment of the ref after EVERY game?
i don't think any manager could endorse mascherano's behaviour, fergy would not have. he acted like a child

Yeah, he endorsed respecting the referee, which Manchester United do. Liverpool do most of the time too admitedly, but an arrogrant Twit Masha ruined that reputation.

You're f**king kidding arn't you? Manure are well known for surrounding and antagonising referees. And Fergutesson has expresses his disdain after any match his angels have drawn or lost. Come on guys, take the blinkers off and be honest about it.

I'm searching youtube for the evidence and found this gem!

Its hard not to find a team that does in. I don't think Sir Alex particularly cares about being hypocritical. Its all part of the mind games really. Think it works really well for him. Theres barely a team in the world that shows that much respect to a ref. In the NZFC they're treated pretty piss poorly by the teams.

That's many due to the NZFC refs being piss poor themselves. But that's a discussion for another thread.
