Winning the ball and not touching the other player?

Not a red imo

Yea I understand how it can be given going by the book. Just thought it was weak, oh well.

Nice finish from Welbeck

Have to agree. There was no way in my book that it was a red. A poor decision that has ruined a game.

Good, but would have been better if they had 10 men.

was a harsh red but kompany put himself in the refs discretion, silly challenge two feet studs up doesn't matter how you're positioned or if you';re low to the ground most refs are going to red card that.

esxcuise my shocking spelling my tv is on other side of room fromm computer and ive got it hooked up through tv

Not sure if I can go back to sleep now. Jesus that last free kick just had disaster written all over it.

You've got to give new signings time to prove themselves.  Seems like a lad keen to make his name with the club.

Can't wait to head to the Emirates this weekend.

But wouldn't we have to be in '6/7 place' in order for you to 'keep' us there?

Was guessing like a lot of people on here, predicting games, scores, scorers etc.
It we were to win and Liverpool and Newcastle win then ............... Leggy2012-01-17 15:22:13

As Newcastle and Liverpool play on Sat and the Arsenal Game is on Sun then these two teams will probably go above you (given only 1 point diff), putting you in, wait for it 7th.

Small wonder that Arsenal fans come out of their little dungeon to seek intelligent discussion!

On a United/United note: while the Demba Ba link seems to have been put on ice (at least for now) would you lads have wanted him? The last striker you got ex-Newcastle isn't exactly setting the world alight, despite his reputation as a finisher.

I would take him. Has scored some great goals. Would probably be better than two of the strikers we have now.

I'm not sure I'd take him at the moment. Maybe once Berbatov and Owen leave.

You won't get any cash for Owen, and I don't really see Berbatov leaving in this window.
