No doubt that managerial stability would help any club but to our credit we do have the 2008 Carling Cup!

The two clubs which have been committed to this have results that speak for themselves (well for Man U anyway). And I think most people are looking at Levy and questioning this instant gratification approach.  But it seems to be the norm these days.  Look at Newcastle over the last few years, Hoots was badly treated by Ashley and Pardew was on shaky ground earlier this season.

You can't use Newcastle as a proper example, they have a complete batshit owner.

Chelsea fans will defend it because they have won multiple trophies with multiple managers in recent years. The only reason they have done this is Abramovich's oil money. It's artificial success.

I don't like Redknapp, but you should never have got rid of him in the first place.

Three for me, and two for them.

From fb

"Reports are saying the Spurs legend Ozzie Ardiles has been involved in a car accident, in the Falklands. and was air lifted to Hospital, his injuries are serious apparently.
Ricky Villa was also in the car, but it's said he walked to the ambulance(So not as serious).
But my thoughts and good wishes are sent out to the two legends. "

Luckily Ossie's injuries are not serious - just stitches, according to his son - comprehensive new report here:

"My understanding is he is fine," said his son Pablo speaking from home in England.

"He has 20 odd stitches in his head and my understanding is he has been hospitalised overnight. But he's fine."

Ardiles and Villa are in the Falkland Islands for a TV documentary which Ardiles' other son, who was in the car, is directing.

Four passengers have been released from hospital after treatment for minor injuries with three others detained.

"Ricky Villa and my brother were out there but they are OK and are back in the hotel," added Pablo.

"I don't know the exact details but I understand my dad was driving and that he lost control somehow. I've heard reports he swerved to avoid a sheep but I can't confirm that...."

No no, I'm pretty sure they're singing 'stand up if you've ever been sacked by Daniel Levy'

How old is Leggy?  Is he 12 or 72?

There are less Spurs fans in NZ than ARSEnal ones, given the Gooner ones are generally younger "Jonny come lately's" who have latched on to a team when they were popular.

Yes it does, there are less people to participate in forums...

I tend to comment on the forum boards at 'The Fighting Cock' now rather than here.

Volume and pattern are two different things, what I said applies whether you have two supporters or two million supporters

Think it's time to step out of this thread, I feel dirty in here

Unfortunately for Spurs fans forking out for Sky Sport , I see they've ditched Spurs TV:

From the latest Sky Watch magazine: Sky have Arsenal TV, Man Utd TV and Man City TV but no longer have Spurs TV.
